Overview:
Tyler Media’s Spanish Division is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Account Manager (Spanish Marketing Consultant) to join our team. Our portfolio includes 7 Spanish-language TV stations, 4 Spanish-language radio stations, and a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services — including Google Ads, YouTube, streaming, OTT/CTV, and in-house Spanish social media management.
As a Spanish Marketing Consultant, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to businesses aiming to connect authentically with Oklahoma’s Spanish-speaking community. You’ll use your media knowledge, cultural insight, and marketing expertise to create customized campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across TV, radio, and digital platforms
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Consult with businesses on effective strategies for Spanish-language marketing
- Serve as the main point of contact for client support and campaign execution
- Schedule and lead meetings with prospects and clients
- Create tailored proposals, marketing strategies, and campaign scripts
- Oversee the production and direction of commercials
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or account management
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Months 1–6: $3,500/month base salary
- Months 7–9: $2,500/month + 15% commission (capped at $3,500)
- Months 10–12: $1,500/month + 15% commission (capped at $3,500)
- After 1 Year: 100% commission
Commission Structure (Post-Year 1):
- 14% if under 95% to budget
- 15% from 95%–104.99% to budget
- 16% at 105%+ to budget + $500 monthly bonus

Video Production, Digital, and Social Media Specialist – Spanish Division

Overview:
The TV Production position plays a critical role in making sure all tasks and responsibilities for the TV Production department are met in a timely manner. The TV Production position must be highly organized and will schedule TV shoots, shoot TV commercials, edit TV commercials. This position will also work on Graphic designs as needed and will be responsible for updating UnidosOk.com on a regular basis. This position will work with other departments, such as Master Control, Sales, Digital and Social Media department. The Production position’s top priority is to make high quality TV commercials, Digital and Social Media in a timely manner for Tyler Media clients. This position will report to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
– Work with Sales Department to create TV Commercials,
-Create Digital content
-Social Media Management
– Download TV Commercials and 30-minute Paid Programs
– Create Station promos
– News footage for Tulsa reports
– Updated Website
– Graphic Design
– Computer maintenance
– Backup and Archive older videos
– Cover Front Desk when Sales Manager is out
Requirements:

Social Media Specialist
Job Description
Tyler Media is looking for highly skilled Social Media Specialist to work in our Spanish Social Media Management Department. This position will be responsible for managing the Social Media Management Accounts, working with our Sales team to present Social Media to prospective clients, and build effective Social Media campaigns that will compliment Spanish TV and Spanish Radio.
Responsibilities
- Manage Stations and Client Social Media Accounts
- Work closely with Account Executives to attain clients
- Work closely with TV and Radio talent for social media content
- Will create Social Media campaign proposals for clients
- Present Social Media to Businesses
- Work together with Spanish Social Media Specialist – Lead to Hire, Train, and Manage Creative Content Specials
- Manage, Coordinate, and Send Content Calendars for Clients
- Will Coordinate and give assignments to Video Production and Photographer
- Creating Reports of performance of Social Media advertising
